From start to finish Waqas and the team at Need a Hand Movers were fantastic. I messaged via their WhatsApp link and very soon after Waqas had called to arrange a visit quote. He messaged the day before coming out to quote to confirm the time - great professionalism! Waqas showed up as agreed and had a good look around to assess what was needed to facilitate the move, along with explaining the process and answering all my questions. After this Waqas sent through the quote and instructions to secure the date and confirm the move - again, exceptional service throughout. Waqas also arranged to come out the day before the move just to make sure everything was ready and to answer any last minute questions - again, really great to be able to have the confidence in the moving company with so many other things to think about with moving house. On the day, Waqas and his team were exceptional - they had three vans and a team of 6. The team arrived promptly at 9am and expertly wrapped, packed and filled the vans with precision to make sure all our belongings were safe and sound - everyone was fantastic and absolutely went the extra mile! I think the biggest compliment I could pay would be that if we ever need a moving company again, I wouldn't even consider anyone else, it would be Waqas and Need a Hand Movers every time! Thanks again Waqas and the team, amazing, professional service and a great bunch of guys. I will absolutely be recommended you to anyone I know.

We used Need a Hand Movers to move my elderly mother-in-law into a new home and I couldn’t fault them. They arrived at a pre-arranged time that suited us, mindful of the fact that she needs s bit of time to organise herself in the morning, and arrived on time. The two lads that moved us were lovely, very polite and couldn’t be more helpful, and also took great care with her belongings. I’d certainly, from our experience, highly recommend them.

I recently used Need a Hand Moving Company to move items from my house in Stoke-on-Trent to a storage unit in Derby, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. The team were friendly, polite and very easy to deal with, which instantly made the whole process less stressful. They were extremely careful with all of my belongings, making sure everything was packed securely and protected properly before loading. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about keeping your items safe. They also took extra care when moving heavier items, making sure there was no damage to the walls, doorways or flooring, which I really appreciated. They worked efficiently, but never rushed in a way that felt careless. Overall, the service was reliable, well-organised and excellent value for money.
